It is for those people who we considered conscious enough about matching their dietary regimen with their workout regimen. Many of us tend to think that because we are into exercise. We can eat what we want. We tend to think that because we are shedding off sweat, we can minimize our diet and get those muscles easily toned. Truth is, a fitness exercise or engaging yourself in a workout regimen won’t work without proper dietary foods. It is essential to have well balanced diet while putting yourself in sports because our body needs a specific kind of foods in order to work.</p>
<p>It follows a simple equation that for anything you expend, you must replenish .Our body is not a machine. We should also have the time for a rest. Each time you push to the limits, our muscles are torn, cells are destroyed and the only way to replenish it is by having the right kind nutrition is a science of maintaining food such as vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals, sugars and proteins, which is necessary for health, growth and optimum performance. In other words, if you want to develop the maximum level of performance from your workout regimen, you just cannot eat anything or drink anything.  A proper nutrition in sorts means knowing the right amount of food fluids for a specific workout.</p>
<p>These are times when a person can feel discouraged about exercise because no matter how much they work out,, they even get this notion that workout may not be for them. Often this is because of incompatible nutrition planning for a specific training. What happens is that, if you get into exercise and with an improper or incompatible nutrition plan, the tendency is that all your hard work and perseverance you exhibit on training be worthless. You tend to become weak and will further develop into other diseases. That is why if you are into exercise, you must have the strategic diet planning to enhance and optimize your performance not just in the gym but in your everyday life.</p>
<p>How do we deal about a sports nutrition prepared meal? These are two things about this sports nutrition. One is before exercise and the other is after exercise. Before performing an exercise, you will also consider your meal.  Because you will need energy, which serves as a fuel to strengthen muscles and build tissues. Indeed it is important to know the right kind of calories. So how does one get the right kind of calories? Carbohydrate is a predominant source for strength exercise where these are stored as glycogen in the muscles. Sources of carbohydrates are foods rich in such as breads, cereals, pasta, and grains. The longer and harder you exposed in a workout, the more carbohydrate our body will need. For some dieters, they were made to eat an only small amount of rice apparently for them to lose their weight. This behavior is just like practicing yourself to commit a suicide. When dealing in exercise and eating less food, you are actually depriving your body of the fuel it needs to keep you on the move.</p>
<p>Protein, on the other hand, is the basic food for building muscle tissues. After an exercise, it is important to have carbohydrates within fifteen to twenty minutes to help restore glycogen. Combining carbohydrates and proteins hours after an exercise will definitely double the insulin response which results to store more glycogen. Consuming a proper amount of protein helps rebuilt muscle tissue that is damage during intense and prolonged exercise. Water is also needed to replace fluid lost. By providing your body with much protein will give you a side effect which can harm your body because it slows down the hydration process and glycogen replenishment.</p>
<p>By having the knowledge in nutrition, it boosts our body when dealing exercise and can give all the energy which our body requires. It also helps us in maintaining and promoting a good health. Everyone should know that with proper nutrition and exercise it creates a healthy body and health. As everybody knows, health is wealth, so we must take care of our body and pour it with good nutrition.</p>

Education has been concerned with the acquisition of a body of knowledge; today we add and put more emphasis on the teaching skills. We should always add an end with attitude. Education, to be thorough and complete, must not be only in words and in thoughts; it must be carried out in deeds clothed with ideals.</p>

<p>In this era of civilization, where everyone is living under the state of economic crisis, wherein this kind of phenomenon gives people a lot of problems, where they have to risk their lives struggling in order to survive. The prevailing economic crisis resulting in dwindling incomes in the hands of individuals and causes their effects by giving these people a jobless work. Furthermore, leaving them less money to sustain their living and adding more pressure on their empty stomach. This global economic recession has not only altered the lives of the common people, but also cranking down their annual incomes. So many people have been affected, that underemployment continues its peak to rise. Due to its downturn, their jobs have been greatly affected, and they suffered lots of consequences. Indeed, several companies had been lying off their workers and cutting its working hours. While some have to decrease their salaries in order to maintain their job. In this kind of situation, people need to survive for their daily living. They must seek other options where they can earn money. Much more appreciated if they are attending the seminar or trained themselves in any livelihood training program in the community which the government had to offer.</p>
<p>Despite government efforts to galvanize employment opportunities to support their families&#8217; livelihood. In the face of unemployment and underemployment made worse by basic community prices, joining a training program is the best alternative way to sustain an income. Wherein, joining any program will help you acquire knowledge, skills and the attitude. That will help you earn money, not just to give you a living but also help decreases the unemployment rate which some had suffered. Through this training program, it changes the lives of millions of people and gives their families something to earn.</p>
<p>There are varieties of training programs where you can choose from. There is basket making, wherein they are taught how to make special baskets and putting elegant decorations so that it would look attractive to the buyers. While others join themselves in a soap making seminar which give them the knowledge and skills to make soap that is affordable in the market. Others were taught how to make dresses and some would enroll themselves in cooking. Which is the most accommodating and fastest way to earn money? Though it needs time and practice to learn the art of cooking, but when you already learn the foundations, it would be easier for you to master. Helpful as it is, their small business would greatly endure, and it would be a source of income for their families. Through this training program, income of those who never acquired would be able to attain short term employment for affected workers. This would mean a lot to them, as they were given an opportunity to earn.</p>
<p>To most thoughtful people, having no work embodies a painful trade off. It marks a civilized society, clubbing together to provide assistance to those in need. It is also regrettably, an incentive to do nothing to give your family an income. At its worst, it is particularly pernicious if the skill of the jobless decay. Instead, they must find an alternative way to cope with the crisis that is happening unto them. However, because of this livelihood program, it continues to make great progress and a significant impact in their endeavors.</p>
<p>Furthermore, we can hope that our government has learned enough about the system to understand what we need to be done to help the lives of the poor one who are unfortunate enough to find a living due to the lost job that they had suffered. To each jobless person, by joining training program and learned through them is the ideal way to help sustain your family needs.</p>

<p>Can we imagine of not being gifted to see day by day things in life normally? Have we even tried to understand what it is like being short-sighted, farsighted, or worst being blind? Vision is a very great gift that enables us to enjoy all of nature&#8217;s beauty, to be able to see our loved ones, to watch our favorite TV shows and movies, and in short the capability to enjoy visual satisfaction in daily life.</p>
<p>It is now very clear how important the eyes are; so it is now a matter of how to care for our eyes.</p>
<p>Eye care is critical to maintaining our eyes’ health. Eye care deals with the knowledge and practice of proper eye usage, correct nutrition for good eye sight, and prevention of eye diseases, slowing of eye deterioration and aging, and awareness.</p>
<p>The first thing to be aware of are the harmful substances, practices, and diseases that have an impact on our eyes&#8217; health. Here are some of the most common eye dangers.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ultraviolet (UV) rays</strong> – the most      common eye irritant, overexposure to the sun is the most common reason.</li>
<li><strong>Smoking</strong> – cigarette smoke contains      oxidants that cause Macular Degeneration of the eyes&#8217; retina.</li>
<li><strong>Dust and Pollution</strong> – dust and      other pollutants entering your eyes causes eye corrosion and damage to the      cornea, the most expose part of the eyes.</li>
<li><strong>Steroids and other medications</strong> –      some medications like steroids cause the developments of glaucoma and      cataracts over the long term use.</li>
<li><strong>Obesity </strong>– catalyzes development of      cataracts, glaucoma, and other eye diseases.</li>
<li><strong>Diabetes</strong> – hampers the circulatory      system of the retina and causes Diabetic Retinopathy.</li>
<li><strong>Poor Nutrition</strong> – lack of essential      vitamins for the eyes in the diet causes poor eye-sight and weak eye      immunity from diseases.</li>
<li><strong>Over exposure to computers</strong> –      causes stress to the eyes, and difficulty in focusing the eyes.</li>
<li><strong>Eye make-up</strong> – contains chemical      substances that may be harmful to and causes irritation of the eyes.</li>
<li><strong>Lack of sleep </strong>– causes undue      stress on the eyes.</li>
</ul>

<p>Eye irritants and harmful substances may cause irreversible damage to the eyes when neglected. It is very important to detect changes in the eyes for early medication and corrective treatments to cure or slow down the progression of eye diseases. Here are several signs to watch out for.</p>
<ul>
<li>Trouble      in keeping eye focus.</li>
<li>Blurry      vision.</li>
<li>Double      vision.</li>
<li>Swollen,      red eyes.</li>
<li>Itchy,      burning, and dry eyes.</li>
<li>Headaches.</li>
<li>After-images.</li>
<li>Sensitivity      to light.</li>
<li>Noticeable      decrease in eye performance.</li>
<li>Uncontrolled      and involuntary eyelid movements.</li>
</ul>
<p>“Prevention is always superior to cure”, this is the underlying principle in eye care. Aside from it being cheaper than undergoing treatment, prevention comprises of very simple tips that you can do and make a good habit from. Here are some tips for caring of the eyes.</p>
<ul>
<li>Blink      often, lubrication is very important for the eyes, it prevents dry and      irritated eyes.</li>
<li>Sleep      at least six (6) hours a day. It will give needed rest for the eyes.</li>
<li>Eat the      proper diet. Eye diet mostly comprises of green leafy vegetables and      vegetables rich in Carotene.</li>
<li>Wear sunglasses      when you are out under the sun. It gives protection from harmful      Ultraviolet rays from the sun.</li>
<li>Gives      at least 20-26 inches of distance between your eyes and your computer.</li>
<li>Don’t      focus on a particular object for a long time.</li>
<li>Always      use eye protection like goggles in dangerous environments to avoid      contraction of eye irritants like chemical vapors and smokes.</li>
<li>Stop      smoking. It is not only bad for your eyes but on overall health.</li>
<li>Take      supplements for the eyes like Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Lutein and Carotene.</li>
<li>Use      safe and proven eye-drops to help cleanse and refresh the eyes.</li>
</ul>
<p>Aside from these useful tips for eye care, it is highly recommended to always see your eye specialist for any eye concern. Ask for their advice, they know far better than we do.</p>

Before doing so, I first ask them why meditate. If their answer is to attain supernatural abilities, then I am not the right person, but if it’s to attain inner peace, then I can be their teacher.</p>
<p>Inner peace means that you are not affected negatively if trials and sufferings come into your life. It is imperturbability and equanimity. You remain calm. That&#8217;s inner peace, which can surely be attained through meditation. You can learn from others, or you can discover the technique by yourself. The common denominator in most methods of meditation is focus and silence. Let me now share with you my simple way of doing it.</p>
<p>When there&#8217;s silence, meditate. The best time is early morning when the sun is still sleeping in the coolness of the horizon. If you have eaten, let the food digest first for at least an hour before starting. Sit in a lotus position. Put your hands on your lap and close your eyes. Always be aware and conscious of your breathing. In other words, focus mainly in the way you breathe. Notice the air which goes in and outside of your nose. These are the steps:</p>
<p>1.) Through your mouth, exhale for 10 seconds.</p>
<p>2.) Through your nose, inhale for 10 seconds.</p>
<p>3.) Hold your breath for 10 seconds.</p>
<p>4.) Release the air slowly through your mouth.</p>

<p>This is like programming your mind to peace, which must be done regularly and consistently. For beginners, meditate before sleeping. Sit in your bed or in a chair. Use the 5 second counting and do the whole process for 5 times. It&#8217;ll take not more than 10 minutes. As you advance, it does not matter what position or method you do your meditation. It can be done anywhere and anytime. It will become your food to calm the mind.</p>
